Mindful Eating

Yes what we eat is what we are; I hold no doubts about it. I stongly believe that we can improve and maintain most of our health issues by simply changing our food choices and quantity taken. I healed my auto immune disease by restructuring my eating habits and choices.

I encourage substituting not confining or removing. We all know what foods suit us and which ones burden us following eating. If we are simply mindful about this then we are quite capable of making healthier food choices. Plus minding the difference in eating full meal and only tasting. Foods that do not follow a light energetic experience, indicate they must only be tasted and not taken as a full meal.

Just by being mindful of the effects you experience after taking certain foods you can heal your body and contain or even free yourself from many ailments.
